This is a versatile sauce that is best on grains that adults and kids enjoy. The recipe amounts are just a suggestion as you can modify it to your taste. Experiment with different brands of tahini as I find each have their own distinct flavor.
Tahini Shoyu Vinegar Sauce
1/4 cup tahini
2 teaspoons shoyu (soy-sauce) or tamari
1 1/2 teaspoons brown rice vinegar
1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice (optional)
*Use organic ingredients where possible
Place all ingredients except for the water in a small mixing bowl. Stir until evenly mixed. Slowly add water and stir until desired consistency is reached.
